Our Delivery Service

Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we use DHL and Royal Mail for our UK parcels. With these couriers, you'll automatically get notifications about your delivery by email or text. 


All items on the Linvelles store are dispatched taxed without exemption thus if you have placed an order with us; you won't need to pay a penny more to receive your item if it's shipped from the EU.

Reason for delay or Non-delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address. In this case we will contact you and you can simply correct or delete the shipping address without issue. If the package has been shipped, there is no way to change it.
  • Unsuccessful delivery, If you were not at home to receive your package, the mailman will leave a notification card informing you at what time and in what branch post office you can pick up the package or rebook for delivery.
  • Delays in crossing borders, if the item is delayed for this reason we will work our best to hurry the delivery from EU
