Return fees to Italy

Customers are liable for paying for the fees and return cost for all items in our store (exemptions apply to some special cases)

Order Shipped from Europe

All items on the Linvelles store come directly from their respective brands thus sometimes shipped from Europe. Most of the time the item will come from the UK. To find out if your item is coming from UK or Europe; it will be written on top of the ADD TO CART button if the item origin is within Europe.

Customers will not have to pay additional charges for delivery to their shipping address.

Are the products authentic?

Yes, Linvelles only sells authentic designer fashion goods!

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at is easy: browse by brand or department, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout. 

Which payment methods does accept? accepts all major credit and debit cards (including prepaid cards) from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. PayPal is also accepted and valid for all currencies except for CNY. Laybuy the weekly installment payment sysem is also accepted in all currencies

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method (with a few exceptions, please contact us just incase). If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within five days, depending on your card issuer.

If you paid using multiple payment methods we will refund to your credit card/debit card/Paypal.

Refund policy - What is Linvelles' refund policy?

We want you to be able to buy with confidence. That is why we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if you are not 100 per cent happy with your purchase, provided that you return it in saleable condition within 14 days along with proof of purchase.

Can I change my address on my order once I have placed it?

Once an order is confirmed, we regret that you cannot change the delivery address, please cancel the order and replace using the correct address.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, our carriers will require a signature when they deliver your parcel. 

Are the products brand new?

At Linvelles we only sell brand new goods straight from the retailer!
